Terms & Conditions

1. Liability: Work performed at client’s risk. Ed’s Mobile Mechanic carries general liability insurance but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or consequential losses.

2. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Louisiana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson Parish.

3. Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hrs.

4. Privacy: Client data is collected solely for service provision and will not be shared.
